I watched the wonderful film ‘Ladybird’ again (for film buffs, Oscar-nominated, Greta Gerwig’s directorial debut). It’s a coming of age story about a girl who abandons her best friends to hang out with the cool crowd, whom she later realises are shallow, empty and don’t really like or care about her. So she goes back to her old friends, who are only too happy to have her back. Anyway, it’s out on DVD (kids, that’s how we used to watch films before Netflix and Amazon…)

Here’s the flip side. Should a business not have the right to choose whom it serves? If you as a client, or more likely potential client, rub us up the wrong way, are a declared anti-vaxxer or support the barges, can we not, as a business, say ‘Be Gone’?
