Don’t usually comment on this stuff, but this is the third of these I’ve seen in as many weeks. We’ve all had those ‘phone calls; in this case it would have been ‘have you ever been sold a savings plan?’, rather than ‘had an accident that wasn’t your fault’. And, yes, you remember that time when you were 21 in 1989, you started paying in then had to cash it in 5 years later. Guess what, you didn’t get all your money back…jump forward 25 years, you’ve carried that hurt for so long, and can at last be compensated. Warms the cockles.
