Have we forgotten that just a few months ago Boris was to be taken to court over his “£350m for the NHS” and “50m Turks about to arrive” claims? The case was dismissed as the court said no politician can be held accountable for anything said in an election campaign as it’s up to the ‘good sense of the electorate to discount political claims if they choose so to do’. In other words, they can say what they like and are probably all lying gits. So the basis on which many plan to vote, deciding whom do they mistrust the least is spot on. I’d say.
