OK, happy to admit a whole bunch of schadenfreude here. That’s despite the ‘Woodford Debacle’, where funds launched by star manager Neil Woodford were heavily promoted by HL, lured hordes of and £ms from retail investors before their collapse a couple of years ago. Although there was, I’m sure, plenty of appropriate small print and I’ll bet there’s a heck of a lot more now. Anyway, our new client numbers are up. So there, Peter Hargreaves.
Royal London slams Shell’s climate plan
This is good news, a sign of big investment companies using their clout in positive way. Royal London are our largest mutual company and do have greener-than-many investment credentials.
