I remember when milk, bread and fizzy Corona (I know) were delivered weekly, as well as the box of groceries from Walton Hassell and Port. Yes, everything in that sentence is a ‘kids etc.’ 40 years later, Tesco realised it had been a good idea and started delivering shopping. Now you can’t get a slot with a supermarket for love nor money, the local guys are back. Hats off to Rob of coffee shop Lynwood and Sally of Burford deli Mrs Bumbles who are both keeping afloat and filling a very big hole with boxes of milk, bread, fruit and other essentials. Long may they and that bit of the current madness last.
“Central London office take-up second highest in Europe”
