For years we’ve been told that the future of financial services is digital, that online advice will help to engage the unadvised masses. But when you’re at the sharp end of the NHS, it’s not great software that’s needed. You just want to see someone who cares, and ideally to see the same person who cares more than once. And it’s no different in our business; just not quite a matter of life and death.
