It’s often not what you do but how you do it that’s important. Many in our business who’ve sold out to venture capital have taken the money and run, knowing that the new owners, often from across that very divisive pond, are more than likely to do the same. We’ve known and worked with True Potential for many years. Nothing stands still, they’ve picked a UK investor, the current team are staying put for the foreseeable so all looks good. But it does feel a little like a daughter bringing home the new love of her life. Nothing you can do, but hope the fellah doesn’t turn out to be a bounder.
