“The safety of our clients and colleagues is our main concern. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic…” If you have to ‘phone as many companies every day as we do, you’ll be as sick of hearing this now very outdated and lame excuse for rubbish service. Come on, guys, it’s been over a year. Get your acts together and at the very least, change your hold message and update your websites. And as for the many shoppers who still haven’t worked out how to wear a mask, not seeming to grasp the fact that they have a nose as well as a mouth…I despair.
