Just been to Newcastle (yes, I know!) for some lessons in new technology. Interesting to note that, usually, the larger the organisation, the poorer the tech. While my parents Facebook and email every day, life insurance companies still ask us to send faxes. And Nick Clegg, in his recent book, says that between 2010 and 2015 the PC in his office was never turned on as everything in Whitehall was, and probably still is, done on paper. Perhaps our leaders know best? Answers on a postcard (kids etc.), please.
