By the time I add this little paragraph to my weekly blog, the B-deal may be done, signed, sealed and delivered. I don’t think, however brill it turns out to be, that it will be enough to undo some of the damage already done as many of the issues which are likely to have driven money offshore can’t be cured however miraculous a gold-plated bunny Mrs May pulls out of her metaphorical top hat in the next couple of weeks. Just like that (kids etc.)
