For those who accuse me of rattling on about Brexit and other politics rather than dispensing financial wisdom in these posts, here’s some real-life practical advice. If you’re either a) in control of your earnings or, b) earn around £50k and have kids, paying a bit more into your pension might get back your child benefit.
