Has Waitrose really introduced a Pritti Patel-style, no ifs, no buts, points-based system for vetting potential shoppers? I love ‘Is anyone in your family named Phoebe? And ‘Can you name 5 uses for truffle oil?’ , both scoring 10 points. Even so, I feel it’s a concept that could be extended to many different areas of our business and social lives.
