One door closes, another opens, I guess. It’s not my cup of mint tea these days but there are worse places to spend a few zillions on a small apartment and a place to dock your yacht. It’s too hot to venture outside in summer, but then it’s too cold to go outside in the Russian winter, so perhaps a better problem to have. On a more serious note, there really is no such thing as global will or condemnation where money’s concerned. Some government, somewhere will always be willing to take it, polish it up and call it progress, development or the recycled price of a Mayfair mansion. And commission for London estate agents.
