We’re the good guys!

Although financial advisers are only just below estate agents (and just above solicitors) in the unpopularity top ten, we should be proud that we (all 25,000 of us) only account for 1% of the complaints that the Financial Ombudsman Service receives. And only about a third of those are upheld (although we still have to pay the costs). So big-up to us (parents etc.).
