The BBC’s very brave Orla Geurin was at a primary school in Yemen last night. It has no walls, windows or desks and a blind 9 year old teacher. There are no walls, windows or desks because it was bombed by the Saudis, no teachers because the government can’t pay them. We’re supplying the bombs (Biden has had the moral courage to stop), and halving our aid budget. The kids dodge bullets to turn up for class every day, Covid and the effects on their mental-well being of home-schooling being the least of their worries. Shame on us all.

Here’s the flip side. Should a business not have the right to choose whom it serves? If you as a client, or more likely potential client, rub us up the wrong way, are a declared anti-vaxxer or support the barges, can we not, as a business, say ‘Be Gone’?
