Jim spent twenty years with Prudential, where he held both Sales and Training and Competency Manager positions.
He has developed this latter role since leaving ‘the Pru’, and is now a specialist consultant. His role is to monitor and coordinate our compliance processes and to independently check the suitability of all we advice we provide.
