I guess the airwaves are filled with the Voices of the People  because it’s the people, or around 27.4% of the UK population, who voted for Brexit. Anyway, two other loud views this week. From somewhere north-east: ‘If they cancel it, there’ll be riots on the streets up here’. From an east-end market: ‘Maggie would have sorted it out’. Well, she certainly knew how to sort out riots north of Watford. Double their pay and send in the Met.
