I’m writing this on the internet. My business runs almost entirely via the internet (with brief interludes when I venture out to see clients). I watch TV, films and listen to books on the internet. My family bought most of my birthday prezzies and I arranged our weekend in London via the internet. I think it’s great; my only problem is that I’ve run out of children, birthdays, house, pet and street names to use as passwords. And what makes it great is that it can’t be controlled; unless you believe the conspiracy theories (which you’ll find, guess where, on the internet) saying it is all controlled by Putin/Trump/Apple/China/take you pick.

Here’s the flip side. Should a business not have the right to choose whom it serves? If you as a client, or more likely potential client, rub us up the wrong way, are a declared anti-vaxxer or support the barges, can we not, as a business, say ‘Be Gone’?
