Here (to me) is an argument for nationalisation. Am I alone in preferring to work an extra hour a week, rather than spend a day a year saving £50 a year on my electricity/gas/broadband/water/haircut (well, maybe not, if you know me) etc. One hour of that day would be spent finding the cheaper deal, several more making it work, and several more changing back to the original deal when it doesn’t. Whatever they tell you. Sometimes there’s a lot to be said for a lack of choice.

Here’s the flip side. Should a business not have the right to choose whom it serves? If you as a client, or more likely potential client, rub us up the wrong way, are a declared anti-vaxxer or support the barges, can we not, as a business, say ‘Be Gone’?
