China created the virus to infect America and it went wrong, Trump created it to get China, it was the Italian mafia, the Russians, take your pick. Here’s one closer to home. On Tuesday, the ‘independent’ Bank of England reduces interest rates. On Thursday, Chancellor Rishi says he can spend loads because interest rates are so low. Go figure…
