When Lloyds and TSB split a couple of years ago, it divided our family like a Banking Berlin Wall, half of us remaining with Lloyds and the rest allocated to the nice, cosy, local TSB branch. I would be very surprised, however, if their CEO who ‘has refused to answer questions about his £1.6m bonus, which is due to be paid once the IT migration is complete’ and who’s pay tripled to around £4m last year’, lasts another week.
