In the height of winter lockdown, there were tales of police moving on pairs of old ladies having coffee together on park benches. Not much they can do, I guess, about the hundreds dancing with joy on the streets of Soho, at being able to sit in the cold and have a pub-pulled pint. I doubt many would hear, nor want to hear, their Test and Trace apps ping.
